Holy Trinity Listserve Directions
Using the Holy Trinity Listserver to send an email message to the list. Once you have been subscribed to the list, you may send a message to the entire list by using the list name:
HOLYTRINITYROANOKE@listserv.goarch.org
in the "To:" field of your email application.



Format Suggestions
1. Do not 'forward' something as all of the 'from', etc. is also on the email. Please write a 'fresh' email.
2. Please remove signatures (i.e. 'sent from my ipad', etc.) or other things added by your mail software.
3. As you compose remember 'what you see is what everyone else sees' so double check layout and spelling.
4. There is no way to modify a submission so if there are errors we have to reject and ask you to resubmit.
5. Please always 'sign' with your name or ministry name (i.e. Philoptokos). Here is an excellent example.
6. Please note that the Goarch listserv often has a delay in sending of up to an hour so 'last minute' doesn't work well.

The Holy Trinity ListServer is a "moderated list" requiring approval from one of the list moderators before your message is delivered. Once you submit your message, the moderators will receive emails and initiate the approval process.
